Nice little summer session from the golf course. The morning and around high tide was a little anoying as the wind hovered between 12-16 knots and just wasn't quite enough.

After lunch it filled in a bit but was often marginal around 16 knots but getting upto 20 knots. I went for my bigger board and 6.9m for some extra power and managed to get going but found it a bit of a struggle.

Maybe it was the more outboard straps in the the waves or just the bigger freeride kit but it didn't feel that good in the waves.

Anyway ended up downwind just blasting accross the estuary mouth in the lagoons there and a bit of a walk of shame / slow slog back up wind to finish.

Still a good work out in the sunshine. Next session is Essaouira, Morocco, can't wait.
